A key part of the Scottish Mountain Bike Strategy is for Scotland to have a world-class trail network by 2025. The strategy is clear that we needed to formulate a robust approach to maximise the opportunities and minimise any negative impacts of e-bikes. The research project kicked off earlier this year and we now need your input to further the study.
Are you riding, hiring or considering buying an e-MTB?
We need your help to shape how future e-MTB trails and services are designed by completing our survey in collaboration with British Cycling, Edinburgh Napier University, Welsh Cycling, Scottish Forestry, NatureScot, Forestry and Land Scotland, Forestry England and Natural Resources Wales.
This survey is an important part of a wider study aiming to understand the current and future usage habits of eMTB users in Great Britain. You can read more about the project here.
