Now imagine combining that with the unique benefits of mountain biking: the thrill of authentic risk, the grounding mindfulness of the long pedal, and the restorative power of nature. That’s exactly what we’re tapping into with our exciting new Trail Therapy programme.

In partnership with Outride and Edinburgh Napier University, we're launching a unique initiative focused on riders aged 55 and over—with both women-focused and open sessions available - creativity, connection, and a lot of fun—all on two wheels.

This isn’t our average Trail Therapy chat. It’s a creative twist, and we’d love to introduce it to you.

This collaboration has created a model of how riders, landowners, and volunteers can work side by side to make mountain biking sustainable for the long term.

At the same time, the TTA has been at the heart of the local community – bringing together riders, volunteers, and families to maintain and develop the trails they love. Their efforts don’t just benefit mountain bikers – they strengthen the social fabric of the area and encourage more people to connect with the outdoors.
