Riding trails for capercaillie: Tales from a Mountain Bike Trail Intern

Dr Lesley Ingram-Sills is a lecturer at Edinburgh Napier University, a Program Leader - MSc Sport Performance Enhancement, and a Well Being Lead Academic Expert at Mountain Bike Centre of Scotland (MTBCOS)
A former world cup xc mountain bike racer, Lesley is an associate lecturer with a PhD in exercise immunology and performance physiology. Skilled in Coaching, Life Sciences, Lecturing, and Cycling (specifically mountain biking and ultra-endurance).
Lesley has a strong portfolio of research in the cycling industry and has most recently worked with British Cycling on the E-Bike Research Project, which aims to identify likely changes in user behaviour for off-road e-bike use, based on foreseeable changes in e-bike technology, the cycle market and user behaviour.
