NEAT Project Co-ordinator - NEW JOB ALERT!

Marc is the DMBinS/TVTA Scottish Borders Trail Development Co-ordinator. This post has been created to deliver a partnership project to develop and improve mountain biking trails in the Tweed Valley and across the Scottish Borders.
Marc is fortunate to live in the UK Mountain Bike Mecca of the Tweed Valley with his family. He loves getting out into the hills, especially on his bike, and encourages others to do so too.
Marc's role is focussed on the trail network. He works with the Tweed Valley Trail Association, communities and land managers to help manage and develop the trail network, for both mountain biking and other user groups in the Scottish Borders.
In addition to direct trail work Marc is involved in the development and delivery of DIRTT and increasing engagement with youth groups, schools and colleges to increase understanding and involvement in the trail network and maintenance.

We have been working with FLS and trails associations to plan how best to get forests open safely. We need to work with and support landowners with an agreed work plan in place and this was discussed during this webinar.
