Jon jones

Jon Jones is the Chief Instructor at Glenmore Lodge with over 25 year’s experience working at the highest level in the industry across the climbing and mountaineering department and bike department. He has been involved in outdoor education since leaving school, and has travelled the world pursuing his passion for outdoor adventure.

He is a very experienced tutor to guide others along the leadership and coaching pathway having been a key figure within several national governing bodies for over 20 years. Contributing to development of awards throughout the outdoor industry.

He also simply loves the bike, whether that is road, gravel or mountain bike, enjoying quiet roads to challenging trails in the woods to big mountain riding in and around the Highlands.
